Nannette Johnstone was born in Nurnberg, Germany as an Army brat to David and Sherrie Johnstone. The family relocated to Anoka, Minnesota in 1980, where Nannette was raised and spent most her time as a child excelling in athletics. Her background includes a competitive career in volleyball, basketball, and tennis. She played softball for 11 years and was an MVP and All-Star for the last 4 years of her softball career. Soon after she graduated from business school, Nannette parlayed her passion for athletics into a career as a Certified Personal Trainer and established her business, IAAR: It's All About Results.

Nannette was seeking to expand her business and moved to California, where she quickly landed a job for Bally Total Fitness in Tustin and Huntington Beach locations in Southern California. Nannette was promoted to their Personal Training Director after one year of service. Three months after receiving the promotion, Nannette was offered the opportunity to move to Las Vegas and work at the city's most prominent facility, Las Vegas Athletic Clubs. Nannette took the position and quickly built an astounding client base and made her mark as one of the clubs most successful trainers.

A professional indoor football team, the Mississippi MudCats, brought Nannette to Tupelo, where she worked as the Operations Manager for their 2009 season. She is currently the lead trainer for Anytime Fitness, where her infectious personality, high intensity training and motivational style has earned her high acclaim and garnered her the reputation of being the most sought after personal trainer in the area.

Nannette is currently developing a line fitness equipment and collaborating on a family fitness television production. In January of 2010, Nannette will bring her talents to Southern California once again, when she moves to Los Angeles area to take IAAR Fitness to the next level.
